PetalHook sells downloadable crochet PDF patterns. Once your purchased files have been supplied or made available, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind, choosing the wrong design, or no longer wanting to make the project, except where required by applicable law.
You are buying instructions to make the item yourself. A finished blanket, cushion, yarn, hook, or other physical supplies are not included.
Before you purchase
Read the pattern description, skill level, language, materials, finished measurements, and file requirements. Check your cart for a pattern you already own. If anything is unclear, contact PetalHook before ordering.
If something is wrong
Please contact us if a file is missing, corrupted, incorrect, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed. We will investigate and work with you to restore access or provide the correct working file. If we cannot resolve a qualifying problem, we will provide the remedy required by law, which may include a refund.
If the same order was charged more than once because of a payment error, contact us so we can investigate and correct any confirmed duplicate charge.
How to ask for help
Use our contact form and include your order number, the email used at checkout, the pattern name, and a description of the issue. For a download problem, include your device and the error message. Never send passwords or full payment-card details.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time taken to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Your consumer rights
This policy does not exclude or limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law. Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies to digital content, it is lost only when the legal conditions for that loss have been met. The fact that an item is digital does not remove rights relating to faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered content.
