What arrives with your order

Your purchase is a digital PDF crochet pattern. Each product page explains which files or editions are included. Yarn, tools, cushion inserts, and finished items are purchased separately.

Receiving your PDF

For released products, download access is provided after payment is successfully confirmed. Use a working email address at checkout and check your order confirmation for the download instructions. If payment is pending, access may wait until payment is confirmed.

Save a copy you can find

Open your download instructions from the order confirmation.
Download each included PDF to a folder on your phone, tablet, or computer.
Keep a backup copy and your order confirmation for reference.

A PDF reader is needed to open the file. An internet connection is needed to receive it. Once saved, a standard PDF can usually be read without an internet connection. A larger screen or printed copy may be more comfortable to use.

Prefer a printed pattern?

Print a copy for your own use. Check the document’s print guidance and preview the first page before printing the whole file. If a printer-friendly or large-print edition is included, choose that edition. The product page will list the available formats.

Cannot find the email or open a file?

Check your spam or junk folder and the email address used at checkout. Try saving the PDF before opening it, using an up-to-date PDF reader, or opening it on a different device. Avoid repeated purchases while trying to fix a download issue.
